Econocell request brochure

The Econocell filter is a high-performance dry type, designed for use in semi-critical locations such as computer installations and prestige office buildings. The special 'Hospital' version of the Econocell filter, which has been designed to give the higher performance demanded for hospital situations. Both versions are highly effective in removing cigarette smoke from the atmosphere, along with the other benefits that come with high efficiency filtration:

Reduced likelihood cross-infection· Redecorating costs can be halved - walls, ceilings and drapes require less frequent maintenance/cleaning/renewal.
Heating and cooling coils stay cleaner, with maintained heat transfer efficiencies and therefore lower energy costs.
Expensive repairs to precision equipment can be reduced.

The Econocell filter construction is similar to that of Absolute type filters except that a much lower resistance paper is used. Initial pressure drops are therefore lower. A glass-paper filtering medium is used which is pleated into a narrow Vee formation and held in place by corrugated aluminium separators. The filter assembly is enclosed in a metal frame. Econocell filters are suitable for use with conventional mounting frames or can be supplied with extended flanges for down-flow applications. In the latter case, Blu-gel fluid seal is recommended to overcome the need for gaskets or mounting clamps.

Ionitron Electrostatic - Fourpeak agglomerator request brochure

The Email Air Handling Ionitron Forupeak agglomerator combines the best features of both electrostatic and media type filters. The best areas for application are where atmospheric dust is dry and not duly concentrated. The Ionitron Agglomerator has been developed in Australia to suit local conditions and the needs of local users. Many years of experience has gone into the design, which offers superior agglomeration from its large cell design.

Ionitron washdown electrostatic air filter request brochure

The AES Environmental Ionitron units are designed for use in applications where savings on long-term building maintenance is sought and high efficiency filtration is required.

The AES Environmental Ionitron electrostatic air filter consists of three major components - the ionizer, the collector cell, the power pack and on automatic models, the washing header.

Dirty air enters through the ionizer, which consists of a number of fine tungsten wires suspended between flat ground electrodes. A strong electrostatic field is set up between the wires and the ground plates by a 13kV DC supply from the power pack. The field is sufficiently strong to charge every particle that then passes through the collector cell that has parallel plates alternatively charged to 6.5kV DC by the power pack. The charged particles are attached to the plates where a special adhesive coating holds them.

Electrostatic agglomerator - side withdrawal request brochure

The AES Environmental side withdrawal agglomerator has been designed to provide high efficiency, low resistance filtration in situations where longitudinal space is limited. They are ideally suited for the retrofit market and will fit into the space occupied by most deep bed filters with minimal plenum alterations.

Ceiling mounted filter module request brochure

AES Environmental's Ceiling Mounted Filter Modules are designed for use in applications where high concentrations of airborne particles are encountered. The module is designed to fit above the ceiling, in the ceiling cavity.
Modules are supplied with hanging rails suitable for hanging rods to attach to roof rafters or concrete slab, placing no load on the ceiling structure.

Negative air fan filter module request brochure

Email Air Handling Negative Air Fan Filter Modules are designed for use in applications where critical contaminants must be isolated. Typically used for asbestos removal. The robust cabinet houses a fan, pre-filter and a HEPA filter. This combination ensures the removal of airborne contamination by air drawn in by the fan and passing through the filters.
Each unit has a recessed control panel housing an ON/OFF switch, fan speed adjustment knob, alarm, alarm indicator, alarm test switch, 3 pin mains panel mounted plug and Magnehelic gauge.

Electrostatic kitchen exhaust modules request brochure

AES Environmental Electrostatic kitchen exhaust modules (EKEM) have been designed specifically for the high efficiency removal of particulate and odour from commercial kitchen exhaust systems, enabling the treated air to be discharged without concern.
The combination of the proven performance of the Email Ionitron electrostatic filters and the Email Carbosorb cells guarantee's savings on long-term building maintenance.

Compact P-Pleat request brochure

Durable and economical, the Compact P-Pleat rigid filter bag is ideal for most HVAC applications. It is also suitable for use in industrial applications as a prefilter in high efficiency air filtration applications.

The Compact P-Pleat filter is assembled in V-form sections that use 100% polypropylene as the filtering media. The media is manufactured using a modified melt blown process, which results in a graded density structure. Coarse fibres upstream and fine fibres downstream maximises dust capture characteristics.

Another benefit that comes from the manufacturing process is the anti-microbial characteristics of the media. No chemicals have been added to achieve this characteristic. Extruded polypropylene separators are then added to the pleated media in order to achieve a uniform V-formation, ensuring low initial resistance and a longer filter life.

P-Pleat request brochure

P-Pleat is a disposable panel filter product that uses 100% polypropylene as the filtering media. The media is manufactured using a modified melt blown process, which results in a graded density structure. Course fibres upstream and fine fibres downstream maximises dust capture characteristics. Extruded polypropylene separators are then added to the pleated media in order to achieve a unique V configuration, ensuring low initial resistance and a longer filter life.
