The AES Environmental Filtoroll units are designed for use in limited operating period or low occupancy establishments.

In the Filtoroll unit the media drive motor is a 62 watt integral gear motor directly coupled by chain and/or gear drives to the dirty media spool. The in-built pressure differential switch ensures a constant resistance and therefore a constant airflow despite particulate build-up. The edges of the media are securely located in edge sealing channels of generous depth to prevent any leakage of air around the edges of the media.

Email Air Handling Paint-Stop media captures paint overspray and prevents it from being discharged into spray booth exhaust systems. It is suitable for the collection of all types of paint overspray, irrespective of the solvent type and including vitreous enamel.
The need to control paint overspray extends beyond the risk to health and pollution. Dried paint deposits in exhaust ducts represent a serious fire hazard and can reduce ventilation levels by fouling exhaust fans. Furthermore, dried paint from the exhaust can be drawn back into the air inlet system, blocking the air intake filters or spoiling the paint finish if intake filters are not fitted.

Email Air Handling bulk roll filter media is suitable for dry arrestance applications. The range includes a variety of media grades, compositions and depths to suit the specific requirements of different air handling environments.

Media can be supplied in either complete rolls as per the following table, or cut pads to suit your existing holding frames. Email Air Handling can also supply hardware to suit flat media inserts and Auto-roll /Filtoroll units.
